Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.suninfotech.sg (hereinafter referred to as “Sun Infotech” or “the Platform”). This Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, requesting refunds, and cancelling orders.
Returns / Replacement
a. Sun Infotech offers a 7-days return policy for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
b. To initiate a return, kindly login to your account @ www.suninfotech.sg, go to “My Orders Section”, select the order that you want to replace or cancel and follow the prompts to initiate replacement or return request. Or please contact our customer service team at suninfotechsg@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and return shipping costs may apply.
c. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement as per your request.
Refunds
a. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
b. If your refund is approved, but you haven’t received it within the specified timeframe, please contact your payment provider or financial institution for further assistance.
Cancellation
a. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
b. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at suninfotechsg@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Exceptions
a. Certain products may not be eligible for return, replace, refund, or cancellation due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.
b. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
b. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim efficiently.
